Refund Policy
Free trainings, webinars, and content carry no fees and no refunds.
Paid programs are digital services that begin immediately upon purchase. Except as stated in this Section or required by law, all sales are final.
Where a program is advertised with a conditional refund guarantee, including the guarantee that if you do not receive any payout, you may qualify for a 100% refund of the program fee paid to us, the refund applies only if all of the specific written conditions provided at the time of purchase are satisfied.
These conditions include, at a minimum:
The refund request is made within the refund period stated on the program's sales page or order form at the time of purchase.
You completed the program curriculum and all required activities.
You followed the risk management rules taught in the program and can provide documentation demonstrating compliance.
You traded the taught strategy in at least one prop firm evaluation or funded account during the refund period and did not receive any payout.
You provide complete trading records and prop firm account statements when requested.
You submit a written refund request to tylermacbook72@gmail.com@gmail.com before the refund period ends.
If all applicable conditions are satisfied and the refund is approved, the refund will be 100% of the program fee actually paid to us.
Refunds under this policy do not include prop firm fees, evaluation fees, broker losses, trading losses, platform or software costs, or any other third-party expenses or costs.
We may verify trading records, account statements, and other documentation before approving a refund. Failure to satisfy any of the stated conditions may result in the refund guarantee not applying.
EU/UK consumers: if you buy a digital service you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal; by requesting immediate access, you acknowledge that you may lose that right once the service has been fully delivered, and that we may retain a proportionate amount for services delivered before withdrawal. Nothing in this Section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Modifications & Governing Law
We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
